Fiquei feliz! I wanted to give you a few quick comments and updates on the tour that we just finished. 1- INES is an AMAZING guide, one of the TOP I have ever seen in my 35 years in this business. She is a GEM and you should keep her very happy. So once again THANK you for having done a GREAT job and made this a very successful tour on all levels. We are happy to be dealing with you again for any business related to Portugal and Spain!
They had an amazing time and couldn’t speak highly enough of the organization and location of the balconies (they booked a 2nd running while there so had 2 different balconies).
Your company was amazing and everything worked like clockwork.

2- The hotels were both acceptable and in decent locations though just rated 3*** but no one had any major complaints.
3- The Busses were FANTASTIC and very comfortable.
4- The restaurants were mostly VERY nice and food was abundant and very suitable.
