Overall the trip was a success – they were all happy and commented favourably about the whole organisation. There were no issues.
Most of the clients stayed at the hotel for the first night (I counted 36) which is an extra revenue for the hotel
After gala dinner a good number of them have stayed until 130 for extra drinks – again goo revenue for the hotel
The guides were excellent.
Excursions were both well organised especially the lady at the winery. All participants enjoyed them
The organisation of everything from your part was excellent and well done to your team
The weather was kind to us as well especially on Sunday – the free day
We will start talking in the next few weeks the 2026 trip and will be in contact in due course
Once again thank you for your support to have a successful trip in Madrid!

The tour was great. The  guide we had in San Sebastián was great, really A+! The bus ride went smoothly, driver was super nice, as were the 2 that met us at the bus. They were thoughtful and pick up the keys ahead of time. We all thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting! They have a beautiful set-up, tasty wines and food, fun, interesting presentation. They were awesome! Thank you very much for all your assistance.

I wanted to give you a few quick comments and updates on the tour that we just finished.

1- INES is an AMAZING guide, one of the TOP I have ever seen in my 35 years in this business. She is a GEM and you should keep her very happy.
2- The hotels were both acceptable and in decent locations though just rated 3*** but no one had any major complaints.
3- The Busses were FANTASTIC and very comfortable.
4- The restaurants were mostly VERY nice and food was abundant and very suitable.

So once again THANK you for having done a GREAT job and made this a very successful tour on all levels. We are happy to be dealing with you again for any business related to Portugal and Spain!
