I wanted to give you a few quick comments and updates on the tour that we just finished.

1- INES is an AMAZING guide, one of the TOP I have ever seen in my 35 years in this business. She is a GEM and you should keep her very happy.
2- The hotels were both acceptable and in decent locations though just rated 3*** but no one had any major complaints.
3- The Busses were FANTASTIC and very comfortable.
4- The restaurants were mostly VERY nice and food was abundant and very suitable.

So once again THANK you for having done a GREAT job and made this a very successful tour on all levels. We are happy to be dealing with you again for any business related to Portugal and Spain!

– Madrid Hotel was lovely, food was great
– All coach drivers were very accommodating
– The group loved Daniel, they said he was very friendly and very helpful, rebooking dinner as they were running late.
– Clara their guide, was amazing and made some awesome suggestions. She related well to the students and they were all interested in what she had to say.

All in all another great tour, they are hoping to rebook for 2027, so Amber will be in touch later this year to get the ball rolling! Thanks for all your assistance!
